Yes, it's the time of the year that we tend to gain a few extra pounds!
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and being at home most of the day, this may add an additional challenge.
Here are some tips you can follow to avoid adding some extra pounds during the upcoming holiday season.
Pick your sides wisely, add salads and vegetables!
Minimize the consumption of high sugary and alcoholic drinks
If you are eating more, exercise more!
Weigh yourself at least every 2-3 days.
Plan accordingly! Know what food you will be eating and how you can avoid the extra calories.
