Have you dreaded sitting at your desk every morning? Or maybe, it's your dining room table? Here are some tips and tricks to creating a comfortable workstation:
1. Make sure your chair supports your back, you can add a pillow to make sure your chair curves with your curvature of your spine. This is so important to keep in mind- as most of us don't have nice office chairs like we do in the workplace!
2. Add a footrest if your feet don't rest comfortably on the ground
3. Bring your monitor so that the top of the screen is at eye-level
4. Try a standing desk! Give your legs a stretch and raise your monitor up as you spend an hour or two standing up
