Healthy Pumpkin Spice Latte

Save time and money from going to Starbucks or Dutch Bros and try this healthier homemade pumpkin spice latte! If you like love pumpkin spiced latte but you do not want to add all the extra calories, then this recipe is for you.


INGREDIENTS

- 8 ounces brewed coffee (or 1–2 shots of espresso)

- 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

- 3 Tablespoons pumpkin puree

- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

- 2 teaspoons maple syrup or blue agave syrup

- sprinkle of cinnamon


Directions

- Mix the almond milk and pumpkin puree

- Cook the mixed ingredients on medium heat for about 1 minute

- Remove from heat and add the vanilla, spices and sweetener

- Place in a cup, then use a milk frother or blender until it creates a foamy texture

- Pour coffee of your choice into a cup then add the foamy mixture on top.

- Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy!
