HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training!

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is exactly what the name suggests- high intensity workouts that are done in intervals! HIIT alternates between intense bursts of activities and periods of rest.


HIIT is a favorite of many people because it's efficient, good for your heart, and there's no equipment that is necessary!


You can achieve a good workout using HIIT even within 15 minutes. If you have a busy schedule, this workout is definitely something to try!


Because you are constantly pushing your heart to it's limits with cardio workouts, continuing to do HIIT workouts (3+ times a week) will start to make your heart much healthier!


There are a lot of HIIT workouts that use your bodyweight so it's easy to squeeze this into your day! Whether you have some dumbbells, canned foods, or nothing, you can get a good workout in using HIIT.
